Below, we provide brief descriptions of 23 selected analyzers, emphasizing their main characteristics in terms of principles, features, advantages, commercializations, and outputs. There are generally five types of approaches to detect and analyze the properties of single exosomes: (A) Imaging; (B) Optimization of flow cytometry (FCM); (C) Nano-sensing technology; (D) Digital PCR; (E) Digital ELISA. Based on the summary evaluation on this page, we aim for our paper to serve as a useful guide for researchers interested in using these analyzers and for those involved in implementing and developing new methods.
